The opportunity

Turn a manual, phone-driven operation into an automated one.

RMA runs a high-volume, relationship-driven service — corporate accounts, airports, and a heavy commuter flow to Port Washington Station. Today much of it is coordinated by hand: a dispatcher pointing riders to vans on the platform, CSRs quoting pickup times by phone, bookings taken call by call. OpenLimo automates the repetitive work and frees the team to handle the exceptions.

Customer Web Booker

Prototype ready

A modern, mobile-first booking experience embedded in the RMA website. Registered riders book a private ride or a shared commuter seat in under a minute, see live driver and van status, and manage everything self-service — no phone call required.

Deliverable 02

Auto-Grouping Engine

To build

The automation that replaces the dispatcher pointing riders to vans. As bookings arrive, the engine analyzes direction, timing, and capacity, then assigns each rider to the right shared vehicle — automatically, and consistently, at peak volume.

Surfaces directly in the booker (the rider sees their assigned van) and in dispatch (the manifest builds itself). Tunable rules for capacity, direction zones, and timing windows.

Voice AI Agent

To build

A 24/7 AI phone agent that answers every call, books and manages rides in real time, and only escalates when it should. Callers talk naturally; the agent transcribes, understands, and acts on live reservation and dispatch data.

A Twilio number forwards calls to the OpenLimo Python backend running a realtime speech model (GPT Realtime-class) for live transcription and understanding, with machine-to-machine integration into the platform to read and write bookings directly.

Monthly platform fee
$2,000/ month

Hosting, infrastructure, ongoing support, and continuous software updates & new features across the entire platform. Begins at production go-live.

Third-party usage (e.g. Twilio telephony & AI model usage) is billed at cost and passed through transparently.

Contract length

12-month initial term beginning at go-live, renewing month-to-month thereafter. 60-day notice to cancel after the initial term.
